Licensing MathFlow

To license MathFlow:

Select Help > License MathFlow.
The Enter License Key window is displayed.
Click Browse.
A file browser is displayed.
Select the MathFlow license file and click Open.
Check I accept the terms of the license agreement.
Click OK.
The Insert menu now contains Equation.
