If your organization uses a web proxy, you must set the Web Proxy Server Settings to enable license activation. Check with your IT department for this information. You may also be able to find this information through Internet Explorer. Open the Internet Options dialog, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. If Proxy server is selected, use the Address value for HTTP Host and HTTPS Host, and the Port value for HTTP Port and HTTPS Port. If Use automatic configuration script is selected, the Address field is set to a URL. Open that URL, which is a configuration file, and find a value like PROXY 198.161.14.25:8080. The number before the colon is the HTTP Host and HTTPS Host, and the number after the colon is the HTTP Port and HTTPS Port.
